Privacy & Terms of Service

How Revno handles data, fulfills its obligations, and what we expect from partners. This summary is intentionally concise—let your Revno point of contact know if you need a fuller agreement.

Privacy Overview

We collect only the information needed to operate your revenue pod: contact details you share, performance metrics you want tracked, and platform activity that supports the engagement. Everything is stored in encrypted systems with access limited to your Revno operators.

What we log

Account contacts, pipeline metrics, platform usage signals, and support conversations relevant to the engagement.

Why we log it

To run outreach, deliver analytics, personalize coaching, and keep your sales systems synchronized.

Who sees it

Only the Revno team assigned to your account plus vetted automation vendors required to execute the agreed scope.

Data Use & Retention

We use your data solely to deliver the services described in your Statement of Work. We never sell data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

If you need a Data Processing Agreement or custom retention schedule, request it through your account lead.

Your Rights

You control your information. Share requests with your Revno lead and we’ll coordinate the steps below—responses arrive within five business days.

Terms of Service

These condensed terms complement the detailed SOW you sign. They define responsibilities so engagements stay predictable and compliant.

Scope & Deliverables

Revno provides staffing, playbooks, automations, and reporting as outlined in your SOW. Third-party tool licenses remain yours unless the SOW states otherwise.

Client Duties
  • Grant timely access to platforms, prospect lists, and stakeholders.
  • Keep operations compliant with applicable laws and platform terms.
  • Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.
Confidentiality & IP

Both parties protect confidential information. Assets created for your account are licensed for your internal use while engaged and delivered upon completion.

Liability & Termination

Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 90 days. Either party may terminate with the notice period in the SOW; we assist with handover and settle outstanding invoices immediately.

Questions or requests should go through your Revno engagement lead. If you need to send formal notices, use the mailing address listed in your engagement agreement.
