Privacy Overview
We collect only the information needed to operate your revenue pod: contact details you share, performance metrics you want tracked, and platform activity that supports the engagement. Everything is stored in encrypted systems with access limited to your Revno operators.

Only the Revno team assigned to your account plus vetted automation vendors required to execute the agreed scope.
Data Use & Retention
We use your data solely to deliver the services described in your Statement of Work. We never sell data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
- Processors. We rely on secure tools (CRM, automation, communication) under strict access controls.
- Retention. Data is retained while the engagement is active and removed or returned within 30 days of termination unless law requires more.
- Security. Credentials are stored in centrally managed vaults, MFA is enforced for operators, and systems are reviewed quarterly.
If you need a Data Processing Agreement or custom retention schedule, request it through your account lead.
Your Rights
You control your information. Share requests with your Revno lead and we’ll coordinate the steps below—responses arrive within five business days.
- Access or export the data we hold about your organization.
- Request corrections or restrictions on specific datasets.
- Delete data at the end of an engagement (subject to legal retention duties).
Terms of Service
These condensed terms complement the detailed SOW you sign. They define responsibilities so engagements stay predictable and compliant.
Revno provides staffing, playbooks, automations, and reporting as outlined in your SOW. Third-party tool licenses remain yours unless the SOW states otherwise.
- Grant timely access to platforms, prospect lists, and stakeholders.
- Keep operations compliant with applicable laws and platform terms.
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.
Both parties protect confidential information. Assets created for your account are licensed for your internal use while engaged and delivered upon completion.
Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 90 days. Either party may terminate with the notice period in the SOW; we assist with handover and settle outstanding invoices immediately.
